Streamlining Application with Connected Workflow

Country Visions has strived to improve our efficiency in the field the last two years. The first step was to implement a dispatching system call AgSync. This allows us to create electronic spray or spreading orders which we can organize and send directly to the applicators in the field on a computer tablet. No more paper maps! After the job is complete you receive a text or email with the completed information.

Our next step will be to send the jobs directly into the machine monitor. Connected Workflow allows us to send jobs, VRT prescriptions, and will soon be able to send RTK boundaries with a job directly into the monitor. When the job is complete, the application map is sent back to AgSync and into our accounting program for billing.
Connected Workflow will improve our efficiency and accuracy in several different ways:

• It will reduce the opportunities for any application or billing mistakes
• Improve equipment sharing between locations
• Automate record-keeping
• Organize work orders to get more acres applied in a day.
