CP Feeds

CP Feeds is a manufacturing supplier of agricultural mixes and feed ingredients serving customers in Eastern Wisconsin. Their headquarters is in Valders, WI.

It was over twenty years ago that four northeast Wisconsin Cooperatives and a private feed mill consolidated their feed departments into a new company, CP Feeds, LLC. (Those four Cooperatives have since merged together to form Country Visions Cooperative.) The vision for CP Feeds was to have the size and scale to build a modern facility, lower their cost of manufacturing and increase their purchasing power. Since it was formed, CP Feeds has built two feed manufacturing facilities. One each in Valders and Wrightstown. The strength and growth of their business has them headed to being the largest feed manufacturer in the state.

Country Visions Cooperative and Agri-Partners Co-op merged in 2013 combining ownership shares to 60.8% for Country Visions. The success of CP Feeds continued to have a very positive impact on the bottom line for Country Visions as they partnered together to provide the products and services necessary to make customers' agricultural businesses successful. 

As the calendar flipped to 2024, we saw a new transition for the ownership of CP Feeds. The ownership by the private feed mill was redeemed by CP Feeds and it now stands as a subsidiary of the remaining partner, Country Visions Cooperative. CP Feeds is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Country Visions Cooperative. The mission remains to provide superior animal nutrition and service to area farmers, while striving to make it even better in the future.
