Co-op Month Coloring Contest

 

Co-op Month is held each year during the month of October and provides an opportunity to celebrate the ways in which cooperatives strengthen the economy, support communities and provide much-needed services to co-op members. Country Visions is hosting a coloring contest as part of our celebration of National Co-op Month and we are inviting our community to participate.

Choose 1 page from the 7 available options for the Official Coloring Page/Entry Form.There will be 1 winner chosen for each age group (Ages 0-5 and Ages 6-12) at each participating location (Branch C-Store, Brillion Corporate Office, Brillion Country Store, De Pere Store, Manitowoc Rapids C-Store, Mishicot C-Store, Mishicot Country Store, New London Country Store, Reedsville C-Store, Sheboygan Falls Country Store, & Valders Store). Winners will be chosen at random. 

Prize:

• Ages 0-5 years: Large Ty Stuffed Animal & $10 Gift Certificate
• 6-12 years: Country Visions Winter Hat & $25 Gift Certificate

The coloring sheets/entry forms are available at any Country Visions retail location or use links below to download. Entries must be received by Monday, October 31, 2022 by 5PM. Entries will be accepted by mail to: Country Visions Cooperative, Attn: Coloring Contest, 1010 W Ryan Street, Brillion, WI 54110 or at any Country Visions location.

One submission per person.

• Entries must be received by Monday, October 31, 2022 by 5PM.
• Entries may be mailed to the address above (Country Visions is not responsible for lost mail), dropped off at any Country Visions location, or scanned and emailed to the email address on the entry form
• Entries may be displayed in stores or on official social media channels.
• Winners will be contacted and informed to pick up the prize at their local Country Visions Cooperative location.
