February Statement Advertising Insert

We are happy to announce that scholarships will once again be offered for this year's high school graduating class. Country Visions Cooperative and CP Feeds are offering a total of 33—$1,000 scholarships to students in our trade area that are graduating in the class of 2024. The application and entry requirements are available at www.countryvisionscoop.com, at area high schools or request by email to info@cvcoop.com. All required data must be postmarked, emailed or delivered to Country Visions office in Brillion, WI by March 31, 2024.

Find out about specials, promotions and events planned for April in this month's advertising flyer. Director Elections were held via a mail-in ballot sent to the voting members of Country Visions. Results were announced and approved at the Cooperative’s Annual Voter’s Meeting that was held at Country Visions Corporate Office in Brillion last month.

Country Visions members who received patronage paid to them in April 2023 should have received a 1099-PATR form last month. Several people have had questions about the form. Find additional information about that form, as well as specials, promotions and events planned for March in this month's advertising flyer.

Last spring, thousands of our member-owners received a patronage check from Country Visions. Recently, 1099-PATR forms were mailed to all members who received patronage paid to them in that April 2023 check mailing. This patronage distribution was for your purchases from our fiscal year September 2021 to August 2022.

Several people have had questions about the form. This additional information may help answer the most frequently asked questions.
